The Korg microKORG XL+ is a compact synthesizer/vocoder that condenses the legacy of the microKORG series into a portable and robust design. Its MMT (Multiple Modeling Technology) engine combines two oscillators + noise generator with multimode filters , waveshaping stages and a 16-band vocoder , offering everything from classic analog timbres to modern textures with formant, PCM/DWGS and advanced modulation. With 8 voices of polyphony (up to 4 with vocoder), 2 simultaneous timbres (Layer/Split/Multi) and 128 programs organized by genres and categories, it's ready for studio, performance and hybrid production.

The 37-key Natural Touch mini-keyboard is velocity-sensitive and features pitch bend and modulation wheels. The built-in arpeggiator offers 6 patterns (UP, DOWN, ALT1/2, Random, Trigger) and Step Arpeggiator mode with step on/off for quickly creating rhythms and sequences. Connectivity includes [LINE] audio IN (unbalanced 1/4" jack) and balanced XLR [MIC] audio IN for vocoder use, as well as L/MONO and R outputs (1/4" jack), headphones (stereo 1/4" jack), MIDI DIN IN/OUT and USB type B for editing and MIDI.
